Jaime Simmons

Jaime has over 22 years of coaching and 30 years of volleyball experience, Jaime is passionate about developing athletes who are not only physically strong but also mentally tough and committed to being great teammates. Her mission is to grow confident, resilient, and character-driven players who compete with purpose both on and off the court.

Jaime has coached at several of Florida’s most respected programs, including Episcopal School of Jacksonville (Director of Volleyball & Head Varsity Coach), Orlando Volleyball Academy (now OTVA), Beaches Volleyball Academy, and Nease High School, where she was named St. Johns County Coach of the Year after leading her team to a top-five state finish.

She has led teams to USAV Nationals, helped countless athletes attain college scholarships, and brought home a Gold medal at USAV Adult Nationals. But above all, Jaime values the opportunity to invest in athletes of all ages and foster a culture of excellence, integrity, leadership and teamwork.
