About TVA

Developing well-rounded athletes for the game of life
Tallahassee Volleyball Academy (TVA) is an indoor and beach volleyball academy dedicated to developing confident, disciplined athletes who love the game and carry its lessons beyond the court. Founded by Peter and Kensy Boulware and co-founded by Brooke Niles, TVA was built on the belief that volleyball is a powerful tool for shaping character, work ethic, and community.
Our programs serve athletes of all ages and skill levels, from early skill development to high-level competitive play. Every practice, clinic, and season is intentionally designed to help players grow fundamentally, compete with purpose, and learn what it means to be a great teammate.
Leadership with Experience and Heart
TVA’s leadership brings together elite athletic backgrounds and a shared passion for teaching. Peter Boulware, a former NFL Pro Bowler and Super Bowl champion, and Kensy Boulware, a former Florida State volleyball player, bring a strong foundation of leadership and community impact. Co-founder Brooke Niles, a former professional beach volleyball athlete and current Florida State University head beach volleyball coach, adds world-class experience and perspective to TVA’s development philosophy.
At TVA, success is measured by more than wins. Our mission is to help athletes develop confidence and poise, a strong work ethic, trust in their teammates, and a deep understanding of the game — skills that prepare them not just for competition, but for life.
Our organization proudly partners with Peter Boulware Toyota in the Tallahassee community.
